CWAY Branches into the Alcoholic Beverage Line with Cheers Cocktail

CWAY Foods and Beverages Nigeria Limited, a company best known for its wide array of fruit-flavoured milk drinks such as Nutri-Milk and the more recent Nutri-Yo, a yoghurt drink, as well as drinking water and dispensers has recently branched out into the alcoholic Ready-to-drink (RTDs) products in the mixed spirit drinks segment with the launch of “Cheers Cocktail.”

Aiming to increase its revenues, the company has set its sights on the ‘after-work’ or ‘night-out’ adult markets with the new product. With two flavours available, Rose and Peach, the General Manager, Mr. Wang Bing hopes to establish the “Cheers Cocktail” brand as “a premium brand mixed with deep passion, dedication and with modern technology that produces a drink of class and that can be enjoyed by both adult male and females.”

At the launch of the new CWAY Cheers Cocktail, Mr Ekpo Udeme the Lagos Regional Sales Manager who represented the Sales Director Mr Will Li spoke at the event. He said that the cocktail is a first in that category for the company, Udeme spoke about how the brand has a promising future, encouraging all trade channels to invest in the brand.

The launch of the Cheers Cocktail is an important milestone for CWAY and the Nigerian Beverage Market. The CWAY cocktail is the first every alcoholic cocktail with the natural flavour of Rose and Peach to ever be produced.

CWAY now joins a growing list of companies in this ever-growing industry such as Nigerian Breweries Plc with its amazing roster of brands including Star Radler, Ace series and Strongbow as well as Guinness Nigeria Plc which also includes top tier brands like Smirnoff Ice, Snapp Apple drink, Orijin, among others.
